Parul and Rohit Destination Wedding in Thailand

A Monsoon Fairytale Wedding in Thailand!

Parul and Rohit’s destination wedding in Thailand was a sudden joyride which turned into a fairytale in no time! Parul contacted us in May 2025 to organize her wedding which was scheduled in June 2025 and she wanted Thailand to be her wedding location. We barely had three weeks to do the planning and get everything in place. We did a quick research on the availability of venues and locked in Aviyana Resort in Hua Hin Thailand. Over 200 guests flew in from different countries over the world including USA, UK, Australia, Canada and India to celebrate Parul and Rohit’s wedding in Thailand. Five events were planned on a span of three nights amongst which Sangeet and Wedding and Reception were at grand scale.

Parul lives in Australia and Rohit in the USA, both have business background and their traditional roots are in the Indian state of Haryana. Rohit has a calm and sophisticated personality who prefers going with the flow whereas Parul has a bubbly and stylish personality who prefers to plan everything perfectly and hence almost every event was planned and designed according to the taste and choice of the bride!

Mehendi and Welcome Party

The beach lawn was chosen as the venue for the welcome event. Decor palette was multicolor, especially Rajasthani style. Parul wanted to give it a modern touch since the set up was near sea and sand hence we added morrocan theme elements to give it a fusion. Performances of Dholis, Indo-Thai dance troupe and the fireshow added the fun and spark which kickstarted the festivites with a blast!

Haldi

Seperate decoration set ups were put up in the Garden for the haldi of bride and groom respectively. Rohit chose the traditional and elegant yellow wheras Parul went for Fushchia with multicolor and playful elements. Dholis and fun games added to the entertainment.

Engagement and Sangeet

Taking Emerald green and silver color as a base, a grand decor was set up at the ballroom for the sangeet event. Led wing girls accommpanied the bride as she made a dazzling entry. Thai dancer troupe entertained the guests with their performances on bollywood numbers.

Wedding

From the magestic set up of the Wedding Mandap overlooking the ocean to the grooms procession in a vintage car to the bride’s dreamy entry and walking down the longest aisle to the beautiful jaimala and rituals and the grandest fireworks celebrating the union of two beautiful souls – Parul and Rohit’s wedding in Thailand was one of a kind!

Reception

The set was white and Gold and so was the celebration. The newly married couple made a toast and cut the wedding cake, after a couple of photo sessions came the time when every member of the family and friends delivered lovely dance performances expressing their happiness on the union of two beautiful people.

Our team had a great time planning and coordinating Parul and Rohit’s wedding in Thailand. Though time was short, but we learnt a lot. We are thankful and grateful to Parul’s uncle Mr Sher Singh from USA for guiding us during the entire planning process. Also thanks to Parul and Ria (Parul’s cousin) for helping us in event design and grateful to the entire family for treating our team as their own people.

Monica and Rajat Wedding in Lonavala

A traditional graceful Lonavala Destination Wedding!

Monica and Rajat are amongst the super sensible and understanding couples who love to enjoy life as it comes by holding true to their roots. As both Monica and Rajat work in Australia, they wanted a destination wedding in India.

After a due research on the locations and keeping in mind their traditional maharashtrian roots, they decided to go for a Lonavala destination wedding. They chose Dhepewada as their wedding venue and celebrated over three events over a span of two nights by keeping the guest list initimate by only inviting their close and special people. The venue offers a lovely ambience with a traditional look and feel with an old world charm which is nostialgic.

Simple and elegant sets adorned and beautifed the venue for the mehendi/haldi and sangeet events. The wedding set had a charismatic charm of it’s own. Detailed flower work of marigolds and greens adorned the wedding mandap which spread a holistic vibe around the ambience. Monica and Rajat duly followed the traditional wedding rituals from jaimala to saptapadi as everyone celebrated the union of this newly married couple. A Grand Destination Wedding in Radisson Jodhpur Rajasthan!

One amongst the spectacular destination wedding’s ever organized by our team where we had great fun and fantastic experience! And this is how it all started…

Ranjani contacted us by submitting the inquiry form on our website to understand the process of planning a destination wedding in Rajasthan. After a couple of email exchange, we met Ranjani and Upeshka over a video call, both live in the USA and wanted to plan their destination wedding in Rajasthan. Many of their guests would be visiting India for the first time, hence they wanted to discuss ideas to make it a special experience for them. We attended to them and answered their queries comprehensively which impressed them and they promptly signed us as their wedding planner and the rest is history!

Ranjani (Jagannath) has her roots in the south of India and is a successful corporate lawyer by profession and Upeshka (De Silva) is a popular Srilankan-American professional poker player and a three time world series of poker bracelet winner. While both are settled in the USA, they are fond of the ancient heritage of India, which inspired them to host their wedding in Rajasthan.

Wedding Venue and Welcome

We got onto our job immediately post signing up and after a thorough research we finalized The Radisson Jodhpur as the wedding venue. Heritage style with modern facilities, Pure Vegetarian food, outdoor and Indoor venues, proximity to nearest airport- this wedding in Radisson Jodhpur Rajasthan was just meat to be. More than 60% of the wedding guests where foreigners and were visiting India for the first time from ten different countries over the world. Our traditional Rajasthani style welcome with local music, aarti, tikka and fresh flower garlands impressed the guests, Here’s a glimpse

Welcome Party with Hi Tea

The first event of Ranjani and Upeshka in Radisson Jodhpur Rajasthan welcomed the wedding guests at the hotel’s Plume Lounge with the vibes of the royal culture – beautiful decoration in blue color theme, as Jodhpur is fondly known as and Rajasthani folk music and dance performance and a scrumptious snack. The guests also received a traditional hamper as a token of welcome.

Mehendi

With vibrant color drape decoration, artefacts, flowers, candles, fairy lighting, the mehendi night was a colorful extravaganza. The bangle maker stall, local gift stalls and street food stations were already adding a carnival vibe. The evening unfolded with the couple making an entry in a decorated rickshaw – pretty much fun! Followed by song performances by bride’s best friend and Aunt. The emcee played the shoe game with the couple, followed by a dance competition between bride and groom’s friends before the floor was open for everyone for DJ dancing!

Wedding

A South Indian style morning wedding wouldn’t have been this charming before! Upeshka rode a vintage car along with his groomsmen to the wedding venue and all the baraati’s danced to the beats of dhol, while Ranjani enjoyed watching all the fun from her Jharokha window. The groom and baraatis were welomed at the wedding venue by the bride’s father in traditional south Indian style. Ranjani walked down the aisle under the flower chaadar with her bridesmaid following her. The fragrance of fresh mogra flowers and the chants of marriage mantras made it a divine ambience!

Reception

Rajwada style grand decorations with lighting and six course sit down English dinner made a charismatically unique combination of Indo – American style wedding reception. The evening unfolded with the grand welcome of the newly married couple with fireworks followed by Speeches from the maid of honor and best man. Dinner, cake cutting, champagne toast and first dance before the couple open the floor for the guests!

Ranjani and Upeshka are our super organized and calmest client. Not only they supported us in every step of planning, they cared for and treated us like their own family. We are also thankful to Varshini (bride’s sister) Jagannath Rao Sir (bride’s father) and Chitrani ma’am (Groom’s mother) for their warmth and support for our team. Can’t thank the couple enough for the cheering video review for our team! January 20th, 2025 will be amongst our favorite event dates!

Astitv and Tripta Destination Wedding in Thailand

An Elegant Wedding in Palayana Hua Hin Thailand

Astitv contacted us via online over email with an inquiry on the process of planning his destination wedding in Thailand. After an exchange of few emails, Tripta joined the conversation and kick started their wedding planning with us. Both wanted to keep their wedding celebrations intimate by inviting only close relatives and friends and hence after a substantial research, we finalized the Palayana Hua Hin Resort which was perfect for their guest list of 100 people. Soon after the finalization of the venue, we started with event design and space set up. Astitv and Tripta both live in the USA and have an elegant and sophisticated outlook. We worked closely with the couple on the decoration designs and came up with ideas unique to each event keeping in mind their taste and choices. Here’s a glimpse of the execution which made their destination wedding at the Palayana Hua Hin Thailand a hit!

Guest Welcome

With the beats of dhol for an Indian touch, wedding guests were welcome in Thai style with fresh orchid garlands, Thai herbal drinks and welcome hampers with everything Thai! The welcome decoration at the hotel lobby had hues of lavender, fresh flowers and fun props. The showstopper at the lobby was the mirror itinerary, absolutely unique and stunning!

Pool Party

An upgrade version of tropical Havana theme with flamingo props and tropical flowers celebrated the pool party event. The couple also made sure their hashtag was the center of attraction!

Ring Ceremony

We got the open lawn as the venue and chose to do a combination of disco ball and forest theme decoration and it just got perfect for the ring ceremony. Guests welcomed the couple by holding sparklers and led them to the stage. The evening unfolded with the ring exchange, celebrated with champagne toast and cake cutting followed by the first dance by the couple before they opened the floor for guest performances!

Haldi

Day two started with the traditional yellow hues of Haldi ceremony. Simple yet beautiful set up by the pool for the couple and plenty of fresh flowers and hashtag on the pool.

Wedding

Beautiful pastels hues and flowers adorning the crystal pillars of the mandap structure with the mirror aisle and the life size hashtag complimenting the overall set up on the beach sands. This wedding at the Palayana Hua Hin Thailand witnessed one of the gorgeous mandaps on the beach.

Mandakini and Stefan Destination Wedding in Orchha Madhya Pradesh

An Aesthetic Wedding in the Historic Town of Orchha in Madhya Pradesh!

Usually overseas couples seek destinations like Udaipur, Jaipur or other prominent cities of Rajasthan, especially when they are looking to host a royal style wedding, but this couple had a unique plan. Mandakini and Stefan contacted us via online to plan their destination wedding in Madhya Pradesh. They wanted their wedding to be memorable for their guests, especially for those who are visiting India for the first time. While Mandakini once had her roots in Madhya Pradesh, she had moved to Canada many years ago after which she met Stefan and the couple is now settled in Canada with their families. The idea to Plan the wedding in India was to revive the nostalgic memories and relive the culture of our beautiful country.

We were very excited on our first conversation with Mandakini and Stefan and immediately got to our job, once they signed us up! We did a substantial research of venues in the state and thus landed at the historic town of Orchha. Although not very popular, but it’s venues can give healthy competition to those in Rajasthan. We can rather say, its a hidden gem. We booked Amar Mahal hotel and this was the beginning of the joy ride of Mandakini and Stefan’s destination wedding in Orchha Madhya Pradesh.

Although a remote location, but we gradually managed to find the right service providers for events and needless to say we had every cooperation from our clients in every step of the planning process. Photographer and makeup artiste was roped in from Delhi, whereas all other services were sourced locally. Haldi, Mehendi, Wedding and Reception were the typical events planned for the celebrations. Every event had a unique vibe, but the showstopper was their Wedding – Eternally beautiful!
