An Elegant Wedding in Palayana Hua Hin Thailand
Astitv contacted us via online over email with an inquiry on the process of planning his destination wedding in Thailand. After an exchange of few emails, Tripta joined the conversation and kick started their wedding planning with us. Both wanted to keep their wedding celebrations intimate by inviting only close relatives and friends and hence after a substantial research, we finalized the Palayana Hua Hin Resort which was perfect for their guest list of 100 people. Soon after the finalization of the venue, we started with event design and space set up. Astitv and Tripta both live in the USA and have an elegant and sophisticated outlook. We worked closely with the couple on the decoration designs and came up with ideas unique to each event keeping in mind their taste and choices. Here’s a glimpse of the execution which made their destination wedding at the Palayana Hua Hin Thailand a hit!

Guest Welcome
With the beats of dhol for an Indian touch, wedding guests were welcome in Thai style with fresh orchid garlands, Thai herbal drinks and welcome hampers with everything Thai! The welcome decoration at the hotel lobby had hues of lavender, fresh flowers and fun props. The showstopper at the lobby was the mirror itinerary, absolutely unique and stunning!
Pool Party
An upgrade version of tropical Havana theme with flamingo props and tropical flowers celebrated the pool party event. The couple also made sure their hashtag was the center of attraction!

Ring Ceremony
We got the open lawn as the venue and chose to do a combination of disco ball and forest theme decoration and it just got perfect for the ring ceremony. Guests welcomed the couple by holding sparklers and led them to the stage. The evening unfolded with the ring exchange, celebrated with champagne toast and cake cutting followed by the first dance by the couple before they opened the floor for guest performances!

Haldi
Day two started with the traditional yellow hues of Haldi ceremony. Simple yet beautiful set up by the pool for the couple and plenty of fresh flowers and hashtag on the pool.

Wedding
Beautiful pastels hues and flowers adorning the crystal pillars of the mandap structure with the mirror aisle and the life size hashtag complimenting the overall set up on the beach sands. This wedding at the Palayana Hua Hin Thailand witnessed one of the gorgeous mandaps on the beach.
